JK Pirat Sailing Club is warmly inviting you to the 11th edition of Piranja – All You Can Ride Windsurf Race and SUP Contest in the charming Piran Bay, Slovenia, on September 4th-9th 2018.
This year edition is hosting the best European Division 2 sailors, racing in European championship!
Program:
Tuesday, 4th September: Opening ceremony and measurement
Wednesday 5th-Saturday, 8th morning: Division 2 races
Saturday, 8. September 2018
13 00 – starting signal for the long distance Windsurfing race (not counting for the D2 EU tittle)
16.30 – first possible starting signal for the SUP race
Sunday 3. September
Spare day for Division 2 European championship races
Piranja race will consist of sailing and paddling contests, followed by the prize-giving ceremony later in the afternoon, a nice lottery, delicious lunch, drinks and a great party on Saturday evening.
The format of Saturday race is long distance and will take place in any permissible weather conditions;
WindFoils are also very welcome!
After the Saturday Windsurfing race, a SUP contest will be held in the afternoon, which is also valid for SUP Slovenia Cup.
